( ) Go to Overthere and locate a monk named Astral Projection (Overthere). ( ) OPTIONAL Find dark elf named Deep in underwater caverns of Lake Rathetear and turn in the Head. Kill Trunt and loot Trunt's Head (Note: a sleeping ogre must con indifferently, use sneak from behind to turn in). ( ) Hand Breath of Gwan in to a sleeping ogre in Mines of Nurga to spawn Trunt. ( ) Go to Dojorn's Island (Isle 1.5) in Plane of Sky. He will give the scale back and quest lore text. ( ) OPTIONAL Take the scale back to sane Kaiaren in Trakanon's Teeth. ( ) Find a fire sprite in Lavastorm Mountains and say "I challenge Eejag" to spawn Eejag. Turn in Danl's Reference and Robe of the Whistling Fists to get Celestial Fists (book). (MQ!MQ!MQ1) Find Lheao in the hidden cove in Timorous Deep. (YOU) Save this until the final turn in so you may keep your robe longer. (YOU) Turn in Immortals to Tomekeeper Danl in the Erudin library for Danl's Reference. (YOU) Get an Immortals book from any named mob in Skyfire. (X) Turn in the two pipes and Robe of the Lost Circle to Brother Balatin (must not be aggro'd, or first charmed) in Dreadlands to receive Robe of the Whistling Fists. (X) Kill a drolvarg pawbuster in Karnor's Castle and loot A Metal Pipe (Zan). (X) Kill an iksar betrayer in Chardok and loot A Metal Pipe (Fi). (X) Combine Shadow Silk, Needle of the Void, Rare Robe Pattern, and Song: Jonthan's Whistling Warsong in a sewing kit to make Robe of the Lost Circle (no skill check). (X) Combine Shadow Wolf Pelt, Silk Swatch, and Spell: Gather Shadows in sewing kit to make Shadow Silk (Tailoring 36). (X) Turn in Red Sash of Order and The Idol to Brother Zephyl in Rathe Mountains to get Rare Robe Pattern.

If you need more plat while leveling I strongly recommend you check out my How to make more plat while leveling by Bartering Guide. Follow the links provided to learn more about each item. Though, the Backpacks will likely be more expensive. Alternatively you could also buy Unexpanded Tailored Backpacks as well. If you're having trouble managing your Inventory Space I highly recommend you invest in some Extraplanar Trade Satchels which are 32 Slot Tradeskill Bags. This zone gets revamped during Hardcore Heritage which occurs during the spring/summer months. The best way to reach Lower Guk is by traveling through Innothule Swamp and through Upper Guk. You can stay in Lower Guk all the way to level 50 if you want to - it'll slow down a bunch in the late 40s though so I would recommend you head to City of Mist at some point in the 40s if you decided to start with Lower Guk. If they con dark blue to your merc he shouldn't have any trouble with them though. or you could move up north into the undead froglok area where you'll be getting more than one enemy per pull. If you'd like to take some risks you can keep going south and killing living Frogloks until the Froglok King. The further south you go (once you come to living frogloks) the enemies will start increasing in level and density. In this area you'll find Evil Eye, Patriarch, Minotaur Elder and a bit further south there's a Froglok Noble.
The southern area on the map with all of the tunnels is the safest and easiest place for lower levels to solo. Depending on what level you are and what your gear situation looks like you'll either want to do the southern portion of Lower Guk or the Northern portion. Since this zone was part of original Everquest the mobs are tuned to how people were geared at that time which means these are some of the weakest mobs you can find for this level range.ĭespite their weakness these mobs do drop a decent amount of plat with each kill which is primarily the reason this zone is listed.
